Aleksandar Serdar from Belgrade is a graduate of the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. In 1991, after five years of studies in Leon Fleischer’s class, he finished his Master's Degree at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore and continued his post-graduate studies with Sergio Perticaroli at the Santa Cecilia Academy in Rome. Pianist Aleksandar Serdar has performed all over the world and thrilled audiences in Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, and across Asia, North and South America. He has won several prestigious music awards and performed with renowned orchestras, like the philharmonics from Dresden, Munich, San Jose, Cincinnati, Belgrade, Zagreb, Athens, with Santa Cecilia Chamber Orchestra, Israel Chamber Orchestra and many others. We believe that with his programme selection he will definitely charm also the audience at the 5th concert of the season.
