FOUR DECADES OF PRISM OF OPTIMISM

Kulturni dom Nova Gorica is one of four destinations from where the Prism of Optimism show will be broadcast on Radio Slovenia First Channel in 2018. Originally ideated by the legendary Vili Vodopivec, the Prism was first introduced as a studio and field show in 1978. The creators have been spreading optimism and good will for four decades. Together with guests, they present excellent musical performances and talks, a barrel of laughs for both visitors and those listening to the show on the radio. Regular guests on the show are RTV Slovenia Big Band, Slovene satirist and impersonator Tilen Artač as Ifigenija, the Psychologist, and ever more often the voice magician and the recipient of the Ježek Award, Sašo Hribar. The host Milan Krapež will traditionally invite someone from the audience to participate.
