After a wonderful concert at the festival in 2014, the TASTO SOLO ensemble led by the Spanish organetto virtuoso Guillermo Perez returns with a new programme and a new member - the festival’s artistic director and lutenist Bor Zuljan who joined them last year. The ensemble recorded 3 CDs, won the prestigious Diapason d'Or and became a reference in the field of medieval and Renaissance music.
TASTO SOLO and the American soprano Anne-Kathryn Olsen will present a new programme designed around the first known prominent singer Anna Inglese who was a highly regarded singer at the 15th century Italian courts, especially in Naples. A colourful and subtle programme, which will be released shortly, explores the intricate vocal and instrumental music of this fascinating court of Aragon.
