Connecting, respecting, meeting people, understanding differences, listening without prejudices. These are the basic premises of the No Borders Orchestra which will open the 41st Concert Season. The ensemble comprises exceptional musicians from the former Yugoslavia territory. As a project, it was launched in 2011 with auditions where the orchestra members were selected. NBO is an ensemble of soloists under the artistic direction of Premil Petrović. The ensemble does not only break geographical borders with concerts across Europe but also borders between music genres. There are no borders for the No Border Orchestra. Get ready for a different, fresh and exciting evening. We are in for a musical explosion, a collision of two seemingly incompatible worlds – classical and electronic dance music. We will witness the birth of a new musical universe.
