MOJCA ZLOBKO VAJGL, harp
Mojca Zlobko Vajgl is associate professor of harp at the Academy of Music of the University of Ljubljana. For many years she has been one of the leading Slovenian harpists with an extensive international career. Music critics have recognized her musicality, perfection of technique, broad range of colour and distinct articulation in harp music pronunciation. For decades, she has performed concerts at the highest level at home and abroad, as well as at renowned international festivals as soloist with orchestras, in chamber ensembles and solo recitals. During her rich career and in collaboration with Slovenian composers, she has performed many original works written especially for her. An exceptional harpist who has recorded 8 CDs will present a solo recital for the first time in front of the Nova Gorica audience.
